Optimization program
Here are the main steps included in our Plant Optimization Program :
Step 1: A specialized technician inspects your conveying system, takes measurement of the wearing parts, greases the gear drive and writes a report to our engineering service.
Step 2: A complete report is then given to you including:

Wear percentage on the wearing parts and remaining life

Quote and delivery time for spare parts to be replaced

Improvement/Optimization proposal for the use of your equipment to reduce wear and tear and improve the system functions.
Installation
S2S Industries' technical team is available at any time to install your purchased items :
A 48 hours notice is required.
If changing your shaftless screw by yourself, you can ask for our standard replacement screw procedure.
Maintenance
S2S Industries' technical team is available at any time to maintain your purchased spirals, liners, gear drive assembly, screw conveyors and systems.
We offer special half yearly and yearly maintenance programs for our clients.
Our technicians are experienced welders and mechanics.

Repair
S2S Industries' technical team is available at any time to repair spirals, pieces of conveyors or conveying systems.
Our technicians are experienced welders, mechanics and they are specialized in trouble-shooting mechanical issues.
